Swimming training designed by the VARGA TRIATHLON ACADEMY, focused on improving technique based on individual needs.

During the sessions, we use SONR – a swimming tool designed for swimmers. It helps enhance technique and performance by enabling real-time communication between coaches and swimmers.

This allows coaches to efficiently provide guidance and instructions during the swim.
