Lactate testing enables us to tailor training plans precisely to the current fitness level of each individual, helping to maximize their performance potential.

If you are in Bratislava or Banská Bystrica, or can travel there, your first test is included in the first month’s fee.
For those outside these locations, testing must be arranged independently, with the costs covered separately.

We also offer lactate testing without a training plan.
The cost of one test is €100, with a 10% discount on each subsequent test.

Please allocate approximately 1.5 hours for testing in each sport.
